Vintage green "Jupiter-1" storm lantern, originally made in Poland in the latter half of the 20th century, these have a long history as an easy to use portable source of lighting for outdoors.
Fuelled by kerosene/ paraffin oil in the reservoir in the base (oil is not included!), the lamp is easy to light by pressing the lever to lift up the glass, allowing access to the wick.

In great vintage condition- It doesn't appear to have been used, but there is some patina, paint chips and dust from being stored away for some time. This is a well-made lantern that has weathered the years in good condition with its original parts.
