ATTENTION
- Thanks to the even heat conductivity feature of this product, cooking at MEDIUM heat (approx. 248F, 120C) is usually enough, and is also good for nutrition preservation. Your cookware is oven safe to 400F (200C). Please always use a potholder or oven mitt.
